Our Approach

We start with your team, not your tool stack.

That's why it sticks. Most AI initiatives don't fail on the technology. They fail on adoption.

A method built as a journey, not a one-and-done.

Four steps, each one earning the next. We don't start "Deploy" until "Design" is actually right.

01

Diagnose

Where AI actually moves the needle in your business, and where it plainly doesn't. No generic maturity model.

02

Design

A plan scoped to your team, your tools, and your priorities, not a templated roadmap with your logo on it.

03

Deploy

The tooling and workflows get built and connected to your real systems, piloted safely before it touches everyone.

04

Sustain

Training, ownership, and a system your team runs without us: adoption that outlasts the engagement.

Built on real AI, not just slides.

This site's Readiness Check and concierge chat are live AI, not a mockup. The same discipline we bring to client work.

Proof, not promise

We ship what we recommend

If we tell you to build an AI-powered diagnostic instead of a static form, it's because we did exactly that here first.

Model-agnostic

The right tool, not the trendy one

We pick models and platforms based on your constraints: cost, data sensitivity, existing stack. Not on what's loudest this quarter.

Guardrails included

Judgment stays human

AI accelerates research, drafting, and diagnostics. Decisions about your strategy and your people stay with Ankit, not a model.

Where the return actually comes from.

Most AI ROI talk stops at the first tier, the smallest one.

1Tier 1 · Efficiency

Same work, less time

Real, but the smallest number, and the one every AI vendor sells you first.

2Tier 2 · Capacity

The same team doing more

More output, faster cycles, higher revenue per head, without hiring to get there.

3Tier 3 · Business model

What you sell, and how you charge

New AI-enabled offerings and pricing. The biggest return, and the one a training session can't reach.

Why founder-led matters here.

Every engagement is run by Ankit directly, backed by 13+ years of venture and operating experience across North America and Africa — not a deck assembled by a team you'll never meet.

You work with us, not a deck. Every engagement is run by Ankit directly. The same person whose name is on the door, not a team assembled after the sales call.

The credentials are real, and checkable. Forbes, Circular Innovation Fund, Holocene, Hyatt, Pngme, and Tomo Credit are real prior engagements, verifiable, not staged logos.

Direct terms, no legacy overhead. Engagement terms and pricing are built around your timeline and scope, not a standardized retainer inherited from a bigger practice.

Founder-led, or org-wide. You choose the scope.

Questions, answered directly.

Why not hire a big-name consultancy instead?

Scale, mostly. A big firm gives you a partner for the sales call and analysts for the work. Here, the founder does the work himself. That's a trade-off: less bench depth, more direct accountability and speed.

What happens if you're at capacity, or unavailable mid-engagement?

I run a small number of engagements at once on purpose, and capacity gets scoped honestly on the intro call rather than discovered mid-project. If something genuinely unexpected came up, you'd hear it from me directly, not find out after the fact. It's also why "Sustain" is a real step, not an afterthought: what gets built is documented and owned by your team, so you're not stranded without me.

What does an engagement actually cost?

We publish a starting point, not a rigid rate card. The AI Opportunity Assessment is a fixed fee (see Services for the current number), and it's fully credited toward either Program if you move forward within 90 days. Program pricing is scoped from there; Services lists a realistic range so you're not walking into a call blind.

Do you work with any industry, or a specific niche?

Ankit's direct background spans fintech, cleantech, and hospitality, with Hyatt, Pngme, and Tomo Credit among the real engagements. But the method (diagnose, design, deploy, sustain) isn't industry-specific. If your team has AI tools and no adoption, or no strategy at all, that's the actual qualifying signal.

What if we're not ready for a full engagement?

Start with the free Readiness Check: four quick questions, no signup, a live AI-generated read on where you stand. It's designed to tell you honestly if the timing is wrong, not just sell you in.
